Impact Elite Teams are designed to offer players a dynamic and competitive learning environment that fuels their passion and sharpens their skills. Each graduation year features one team, in which players are selected through a tryout process assessed by our coaching staff, focusing on four areas: technical (skill level), tactical (lacrosse IQ), physical (athleticism) and psychological (mindset & coachability).

Being selected for an Elite Team is a significant commitment, involving year-round training and competitive opportunities in the Fall, Winter and Summer seasons. Teams will compete in regional and national tournaments, showcasing players’ talents and enhancing their visibility for collegiate recruiting opportunities. Through the Elite Team program, we strive to identify and cultivate players who are ready to elevate their game for the next level and seize their competitive edge!
