Stars ACADEMY

Welcome to the Stars Development Program, a player-centered youth lacrosse initiative designed to engage and inspire young athletes! Our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, agility and speed, helping players thrive both individually and as part of a cohesive team.

Our coaching staff provides positive and specific feedback to support each player’s growth: celebrating hard work, coachability, and a passion for learning. We foster sportsmanship and instill positive life skills that extend well beyond the field. Join us and embark on an exciting lacrosse journey together!

Every Practice Includes

• A predictable routine in a supportive environment

• Key components of stickwork, footwork, and skill development

• Maximum touches on the ball for every player

• Reinforcement of skills through a progression-based learning approach

• Activities designed for player success that are both enjoyable and challenging

• Practice all year round (winter training is optional***)

• Impact pinny

• Post Season Player evaluation 

• 1 tournament in Fall

• 1 tournament in Summer

  • Tournament schedule will be determined and announced after the conclusion of tryouts, no later than July 31.​
